A real person replies to every message, normally within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (London time). If your question is about an order, include your order number so we can look it up straight away.

Email support@wear-forge.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not been prepared yet we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been dispatched we cannot stop it, but you can still return it under our 30 day returns policy.

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link (check your spam folder if it has not arrived within 48 hours). Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery a further 4 to 9 business days, so most UK orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days. If your order has passed that window, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item for any reason. Email support@wear-forge.com with your order number and the items concerned, and we will reply within 24 business hours with the return address and an RMA number. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 72 hours with a photo and we cover the return with a prepaid label.

Every product page has a size guide with chest, waist and length measurements in centimetres and inches. Sizes are listed as UK sizes. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we will point you to the right size.
