Email support@wear-forge.com with your order number as quickly as possible. If the order has not been prepared yet we cancel or amend it and refund you in full. Once it has been dispatched you can return it under our 30-day returns policy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (London time) on a business day start processing the same day. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 4 to 9 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
